Clowning is trust:
Trust yourself, trust your emotions, trust the others, trust your impulses, trust in life…
Allowding ourselfes just to be ourselfs, with our fantastic imperfections that make us unic beings.
The Clown wants and needs to share whatever is moving or happening to him, in and out-side.
And he will do always with playfull joy.
In this workshop, with the help of the red nose (as J. Lecoq said “the smallest mask in the world”), we will explore our emotions with lightness and joy, accepting whatever arrives and accepting to share it with the others.
For doing this we will need to reduce our judgmental part… being generous with ourselfs!
-Semplicity and trust
-Listening, our self and the others
-To get in Contact with our emotions
-To trust in our impulses, and to bulid on them
“When I facilitate a workshop it honestly starts with an idea of work and of what i want to do, but I will understand better where to go with the group… It is an Organic work, so close to the idea of the clown that I have, and I have being practicing all this years”.
So every workshop will be different from the others!!
