BBIMF 2017 opening: Yasmine Hamdan
In partnership with the Grand Factory, Beirut & Beyond International Music Festival is inviting no other than Lebanese independent chanteuse Yasmine Hamdan for the opening concert of its 2017 edition, on thursday 7 December, at The Grand Factory alongside a line-up of exciting DJs. The concert is part of her Al Jamilat world tour, where Lebanese audiences can at last discover her acclaimed and eclectic 2017 album performed live.
Yasmine’s concert comes within the context of the 2017 edition of Beirut & Beyond International Music Festival, curated by Egyptian artist Maurice Louca, and taking place from December 7 through December 10 across various venues in Beirut. This year’s revealed artists are Dina El Wedidi (Egypt) / Kid Fourteen (Lebanon) / Susanna (Norway) / Yasmine Hamdan (Lebanon) / POREST (Iraq/USA) alongside other exciting established and upcoming artists that will be revealed soon, giving audiences the chance to attend up to three concerts per night.
